Queensland takes out a third of this year’s UDIA National Awards in Sydney

Last Thursday night’s UDIA National Awards for Excellence Gala, held in Sydney, saw over 900 industry representatives gather to celebrate the nation’s best developments.  And we are pleased to say it was a massive night for Queensland.  On a national scale we proved again that Queensland’s property development industry really does set the benchmark development across the nation.

Greater Springfield, by Springfield Land Corporation, Lend Lease and Mirvac was named the nation’s best master planned development, while The Village Coorparoo by the Retirement Group took home the Seniors Living Award and the highly sought after President’s Award.

By taking out the President’s Award, The Village Coorparoo is considered the best development in the country. And we are so proud that it is a Queensland project.

On behalf of everyone at the UDIA (Qld) we would like to extend a huge congratulations to the teams at Springfield Land Corporation, Lend Lease, Mirvac and The Village Retirement Group for their amazing achievements and for doing us proud on a national scale.
