What Economic Downturn? ADC is too busy to participate.

Queensland based firm Arnold Development Consultants (ADC) is on the move. Despite the economic downturn, ADC have recently expanded to Gladstone adding another office, in a move that is already proving beneficial, with new projects in Central Queensland already underway.

ADC is a multidisciplinary land development strategies firm using the core disciplines of Land and Engineering Surveying, Project Management, Town and Regional Planning, as well as Urban Design and Subdivision Design. With offices now in Brisbane, Gladstone and the Gold Coast, ADC is well positioned to service the whole of South East and Central Queensland.

Projects of note that ADC are currently involved with include providing consultancy services in relation to the development of an integrated resort comprising approximately 2000 dwellings in Central Queensland near Yeppoon for Zilzie Land Corporation.

The company is proud of its associations, and is proud of the working relationship that has existed with Devine Limited since 2003, subdividing thousands of blocks of land. ADC is currently providing its consultancy services on the 340 lot subdivision at Waverley Heights Estate in Pimpama on the Gold Coast as well as handling land development consultancy services at Mountview Estate in  Redbank Plains, Brisbane which is a 1400 lot development.

Another association that ADC is proud to acknowledge is the 5 year working relationship between Energex and ADC. The company is happy to announce that it has recently been re-appointed to Energex’s panel of preferred consultants to provide consultancy services for the next 2-3 years delivering infrastructure to South East Queensland. These long standing professional relationships are a reflection of ADC’s quality and on time service delivery.

ADC has provided its land development consultancy services for over a decade on the largest man made canal in the Southern Hemisphere – the Hope Island Canal (100m wide, 4.2km long) creating over 100 hectares of prime waterfront land at Hope Island, as well as providing consultancy services for all of Paradise Waters, Broadbeach Waters, Mermaid Waters and Burleigh Waters. ADC has subdivided over 20,000 blocks of land for Australand and the Neumann Group of Companies from the late 1960’s through to now.

Developers see the potential – ADC will unlock the value
